Reservation and payment
• To confirm your reservation we require a valid credit card for the guarantee.
• We need your credit card number, the dates of its validity and the CVC code.
• You pay for your stay upon arrival. We accept payment by credit card or by cash. -
Cancelling your reservation
• If you cancel your reservation 7 days or less before your planned arrival, we will debit your account to the full amount.
• You can cancel your reservation only by email.
• In the event of you leaving early, we retain the full payment for the stay.

Free cancellation
• Additional payment 10 €/night/room for the free cancellation up to 24h before arrival.

Children
• Baby cot upon surcharge 5 €.
• A baby cot has to be announced at the time of booking, as it can only be placed in bigger rooms. -
